The Primary Responsibilities of the Bench Marketing Recruiter will include, but will not be limited to:
- Dedicated bench marketing specialist
- 3+ years of experience
- Works in US night time zone
- Sourcing tools and Job boards (Dice, Career Builder, Monster, Net-Temps, Ladders, Jobs Circle, Indeed, Google)
- Coordinate for phone/Skype interviews with consultant
- Daily & weekly activity report to be submitted directly at the end of the day/ week
- Performance Review / Feedback call Bi-weekly or Monthly with Relationship Manager
